Temporary bans with an end time that has already passed are now rejected, preventing them from being submitted as active bans. Temporary bans with a future end time continue to be accepted, while other ban types retain their existing end-time validation behavior.
Deleting a geographic restriction now clears references to it from associated after-stream records.
Redesigned live-chat ban management with active, temporary, and permanent ban counts; search by name or email; and filters by ban type. Ban lists show user details, moderator, reason, elapsed time, remaining duration, and localized end times.
Banned-user records now include available email addresses and current chat names, making it easier to identify the people listed.
Adds sorting to user attribute columns in User Insights when each user has one answer, such as a text field or a single choice. Clicking the header sorts the table and the CSV export, and users without an answer always come last. Checkbox and multi choice attributes stay unsortable.
Livestream status rows now show the number of PPVs sold alongside the status when purchases have been made. The label appears across scheduled, waiting, no-signal, inactive, signal-received, and live statuses.
Pending scheduled changes are cancelled when a video or livestream is deleted, moved to a channel where its GEO restrictions are invalid, or a referenced GEO restriction list is deleted. Cancellation reasons describe why a change was cancelled, including automatic cancellations where no user is recorded as responsible.
Scheduled GEO restriction changes are applied within about a minute of their configured time. Scheduled-change runs are monitored for success, failure, and missed or delayed check-ins. Repeated failures trigger alerts, and processing errors are reported for investigation.
Moderators can allow flagged words across the platform and remove individual messages from the review queue using new per-message controls. Review-queue guidance explains why messages may be flagged, how filtered words appear, and which actions moderators can take.
When a word is marked as allowed, it is unmasked in chat messages. Only exact matches are cleared, so other flagged words remain unchanged. If the word is not present or the update is unusable, chat content stays as it was.
Added a Chat Insights marketplace page where super admins can view feature availability and enable or disable the feature.
Restricted management of Chat Insights to super admins across marketplace activation, updates, and deactivation.
Adds viewing minutes, livestreams watched and videos watched to User Insights, with sorting on every column and filtering by year. Results load faster, several packages or videos can be picked in one filter, and every column now has a short explanation.
The livechat tab inside of a livestream in the dashboard can now reply to a specific message, as viewers can in the public chat.
The lock is now per platform. One account can still stream from only one IP at a time within a platform, but platforms no longer affect each other.
Scheduled livestreams now show purchase counts in an emerald badge with a credit-card icon, labeled “PPV sold” or “PPVs sold.”
Video and livestream edit forms can open at a requested step using the URL’s step parameter. If an earlier step needs attention, the form opens at the first such step; missing or unknown step IDs open at the first step.
Added a scheduler endpoint that applies due video changes, tracks outcomes, and retries eligible failures. Scheduled changes being processed appear as pending, with clear conflict messages when edits or cancellations aren’t allowed. Scheduled-change identifiers are included in update history, and geographic restrictions are tracked for videos and livestreams.
