Northern Cyprus is added to the Geo picker

With this release we're removing where receipts are found out on the platform. Before this release they were located under account settings, but now they have their own dedicated place. Users can find this page by clicking the user icon at the top right. We've also added direct links to PPV purchases for livestreams and videos, to make it easier for users to find content that they've bought.

Moved user receipts from account settings out to it's own page.

With this release comes a new fresh look of the subscription table inside of the Dashboard. We're streamlining the look and feel of our tables across the Dashboard, and this is part of that work.  It also makes sure that the user gets visual and clear guidance when creating/updating a subscription.
