This update makes sure we do not show the "Start from beginning"-button when the livestream does not ingest any content but instead shows a feature as full screen.

Hide obsolete Start from beginning-button when livestream has a FULLSCREEN content feature

The subtitle "CC" button should now always appear when there are available subtitles for a video, regardless of how long they take to load.

Fix race condition causing the subtitles button to sometimes not appear

The "Watch now"-button now shows the name of the Fullscreen content feature if present.
