Show entire graph of a livestream and timeline

Added an interactive stream-health timeline with selectable windows, navigation, event markers, gaps, legends, and live-follow controls. Added a live marker showing when a broadcast began. Stream-health events can be selected to navigate directly to their time on the graph.
