Show entire graph of a livestream

The signal graph can now show any part of a long livestream, not just the most recent stretch - so you can look at what happened at the start of a broadcast that ran for hours. The response carries the periods the encoder was delivering, the recorded events, and the full extent of the broadcast, so the dashboard can show a timeline and jump to the moment something went wrong.
