Fixed the general container styling for Footers so that the added tailwind classes actually apply

Fix issue for Footer general container styles

Carousel slide titles are now clickable. For Dynamic feed, clicking the title will take you to the content, exactly like if pressing the carousel slide button. For Static feed, clicking the title will take you to the primary button's link if the primary button is showing and has a link entered

Make carousel slide titles clickable

This, in conjunction with the Dashboard, will make it possible to create an automatic, filtered, copy-mechanism for livestreams. Making it a lot easier to move livestreams from one channel to another, automatically.
