Adds a proper Gift card label for gift card purchases in User Insights. The label now shows in the purchase type column and the CSV export, translated into each dashboard language.

Show gift card purchases with a translated label in User Insights

This fixes the issue that occurred yesterday evening when the Crisp articles disappeared from the Dashboard and just showed a "Something went wrong" box. This was due to Crisp sunsetting the API we were using. We've now switched over to their knowledge base routes instead.
