Removed a setting forcing lowercase on currencies displayed on product cards, which made some currencies present wrong. Now currencies that require uppercase such as A$ will be display correctly in all places where we present products (subscriptions, packages and so on).

This release will improve the dropdown used in various places around the dashboard. If a platform has more than 100 packages, the dropdown will show a "Load more" button at the bottom to make sure users can access all packages available on the platform
