Improve carousel image optimization and loading

Optimized stylesheet handling in the build process for improved consistency between development and production environments. This will decrease the load time for users since the browser now only has to download a single CSS file and not two versions of the same file.

Remove duplicate CSS files in production

This release fixes the issue where our livestream GET route for platforms returned a status code 500 when it didn't find any scheduled streams. It now correctly returns 404 instead.
