Introduces a `skip_imported` query parameter to the GET /live-scheduler/tournaments endpoint. When enabled, the response excludes tournaments already imported into the database for the specified platform and provider. Implements a helper function to efficiently fetch all imported tournaments.

Add option to skip imported tournaments in scheduler API

The Conditional Rendering field in the Product Display editor now initializes from the selected element’s settings, ensuring existing configurations are reflected when opening the editor. This prevents empty/default values and reduces manual re-entry. No changes to rendering behavior or other fields. No impact to saved data or workflows.
