Northern Cyprus is added to the Geo picker

With this release we're removing where receipts are found out on the platform. Before this release they were located under account settings, but now they have their own dedicated place. Users can find this page by clicking the user icon at the top right. We've also added direct links to PPV purchases for livestreams and videos, to make it easier for users to find content that they've bought.

Moved user receipts from account settings out to it's own page.

This release makes sure that all new platforms that gets created gets the ability to stream with SRT. It also makes sure that all signals goes directly to Mux instead of taking a roundtrip to our own RTMP servers first.
