Keep the User Insights table on screen while sorting, filtering and paging

Updates User Insights so the user list stays visible while new results load after sorting, filtering or changing page, instead of going blank. The current rows are dimmed with a spinner until the new ones arrive, your scroll position is kept, and page buttons are paused until loading finishes.
