Allow reordering of options in the User Attributes dropdown editor

Improved video table selection with a localized select-all checkbox. The checkbox now accurately reflects selected, partially selected, and unselected visible videos, including filtered and empty lists. Selections are cleared when the visible video list changes.

Fix videos-list select-all checkbox and stale selection across pages

Improved accessibility for mention suggestions and the chat input. Prevented invalid mentions, mid-word text, and unsupported queries. Kept the active suggestion visible during keyboard navigation. Preserved chat input focus after selecting a suggestion.
