Disable auto-generate subtitles for videos not on Mux

Import templates are now generated dynamically to match enabled languages and pricing groups. Live and replay imports now include multilingual translation data and per-pricing-group dynamic pricing values. Added **Private** and **Live Chat** fields support to broadcast import.

Uploading invalid subtitles now properly displays as 'errored' in the dashboard and can be deleted instead of showing an infinite loading status.
