This update fixes some minor issue with subtitles and how we retrieved the latest status for processing the uploaded subtitle files.

Fixes minor issues with subtitle uploads and callbacks

Introduces a `skip_imported` query parameter to the GET /live-scheduler/tournaments endpoint. When enabled, the response excludes tournaments already imported into the database for the specified platform and provider. Implements a helper function to efficiently fetch all imported tournaments.

Add option to skip imported tournaments in scheduler API

We updated the Auth0 package which lead to some old functions no longer working. This update fixes all of the issues found related to Auth0 changes.
