Fix subtitle issues for videos

Fixes issues with subtitles for videos. The CC button didn't act properly, multiple subtitles were sometimes shown simultaneously, and the selected subtitle in the settings tooltip didn't update properly. All of these should be fixed no matter what browser is being used
