Fix issue where new users and customers were asked to fill in their profile again if a user attribute field was unanswered

Fixes an issue where people who had just created an account were sent straight back to the profile questions they had only just answered or chosen to skip. The profile prompt also no longer reappears during checkout, so buying something is never interrupted halfway through.
