This update adds new Two Circle colors and logos to our dashboard, along with a fresh new look overall. This only affects fonts, logos and colors, there are no layout changes or updates to how things work.

This update makes sure we're using the new TC icon in the "Powered by" section of the footer on all various OTT platforms. This is part of the ongoing rebrand of the dashboard and all OTT platforms.
