Northern Cyprus is added to the Geo picker

With this release we're removing where receipts are found out on the platform. Before this release they were located under account settings, but now they have their own dedicated place. Users can find this page by clicking the user icon at the top right. We've also added direct links to PPV purchases for livestreams and videos, to make it easier for users to find content that they've bought.

This release fixes the bug where a checkout would fail if a user tries to use PayPal as their payment method on a currency that's not supported by PayPal
