Adds the ability to offer platforms new interface languages without development work. New languages are translated automatically by AI and every text carries context so the translations come out right. Adding a language is now configuration only and the platform picks it up on the next update.

This only updates the Live Scheduler import form: when the provider is Profixio, the description-template hint now lists `{round}` alongside `{homeTeam}`, `{awayTeam}`, `{arena}`, and a matching quick-add tag button is shown. Other providers' forms are unchanged.
