This update fixes some minor issue with subtitles and how we retrieved the latest status for processing the uploaded subtitle files.

Introduces a `skip_imported` query parameter to the GET /live-scheduler/tournaments endpoint. When enabled, the response excludes tournaments already imported into the database for the specified platform and provider. Implements a helper function to efficiently fetch all imported tournaments.

Add option to skip imported tournaments in scheduler API

General text block now displays only when at least one product exists, preventing empty or misleading content on product-less views in the product display group component.
