Northern Cyprus is added to the Geo picker

With this release we're removing where receipts are found out on the platform. Before this release they were located under account settings, but now they have their own dedicated place. Users can find this page by clicking the user icon at the top right. We've also added direct links to PPV purchases for livestreams and videos, to make it easier for users to find content that they've bought.

Moved user receipts from account settings out to it's own page.

When a user is not logged in, there's no way for them to see if a discount is applied when they for example subscribe. The discount is only shown to the users who has an account and are subscribed. This release will make sure that the discount will show up even for users that's not signed in.
