Improve carousel image optimization and loading

Optimized stylesheet handling in the build process for improved consistency between development and production environments. This will decrease the load time for users since the browser now only has to download a single CSS file and not two versions of the same file.

Remove duplicate CSS files in production

Link detection and prevention have been added to chat messages. Users can no longer send messages containing URLs; attempts to send such messages are blocked with an error notification. Server-side validation has been enhanced to detect and reject messages with links, ensuring consistent enforcement.
