Northern Cyprus is added to the Geo picker

With this release we're removing where receipts are found out on the platform. Before this release they were located under account settings, but now they have their own dedicated place. Users can find this page by clicking the user icon at the top right. We've also added direct links to PPV purchases for livestreams and videos, to make it easier for users to find content that they've bought.

This release is the first step towards enabling users to conditionally hide/show different sections on their platforms depending on different conditions such as subscriptions or packages.
