Removed a setting forcing lowercase on currencies displayed on product cards, which made some currencies present wrong. Now currencies that require uppercase such as A$ will be display correctly in all places where we present products (subscriptions, packages and so on).

You can now add a livestream replay to a playlist directly from the replay settings.
