Introduces a `skip_imported` query parameter to the GET /live-scheduler/tournaments endpoint. When enabled, the response excludes tournaments already imported into the database for the specified platform and provider. Implements a helper function to efficiently fetch all imported tournaments.

Add option to skip imported tournaments in scheduler API

Adjusted HeaderTextGroup styling so container and inner text are styled independently, improving consistency for spacing and alignment.
