This update adds two new tables to the analytics section of the Dashboard. These tables display both livestreams and videos that have been broadcast or uploaded, respectively, between the dates you've filtered on. They also show all-time analytics for those assets.

The code changes in this commit add the functionality to display the pay-per-view (PPV) count for each video in the feed. This allows users with the appropriate permissions to see the number of PPV purchases for each video.
