Introduces a `skip_imported` query parameter to the GET /live-scheduler/tournaments endpoint. When enabled, the response excludes tournaments already imported into the database for the specified platform and provider. Implements a helper function to efficiently fetch all imported tournaments.

Introduces a new script that fetches Spiideo livestreams for a specific platform, updates their integration via an API call, and verifies if the external metadata has been updated with a new RTMP URL.
