Add new component that enables us to try and auto login users through external OIDC provider

This component is meant to be used by platforms that has a external OIDC auth provider. It will then try to auto sign in users with prompt=none being sent to the identity provider which makes for a seamless sign in experience if they have an active OIDC session.
