Northern Cyprus is added to the Geo picker

With this release we're removing where receipts are found out on the platform. Before this release they were located under account settings, but now they have their own dedicated place. Users can find this page by clicking the user icon at the top right. We've also added direct links to PPV purchases for livestreams and videos, to make it easier for users to find content that they've bought.

Moved user receipts from account settings out to it's own page.

Added Cancelled and Active Cancellations under sales in Analytics. Both on a platform level and on an individual subscription level.  To improve readability, total subscribers is now in its own tab and graph. New and churning subscribers has been moved to a new tab - "Subscribers activity", along with the newly added Cancelled and Active Cancellations.
