Add AND and OR filtering and filter columns to User Insights

Adds AND and OR between User Insights filters, a new filter for the channel a user watched on, and extra columns showing which purchase, channel or watched video made each user match. Combining several purchase or viewing filters now finds the right users instead of returning nobody, and the most recent purchase column now shows the latest purchase.
